This oil on canvas depicts the serenity of the Western wall in Jerusalem, Israel where myriad of people gather to ‘daven’ (the well used Yiddish word for pray). The three little boys in the picture are my oldest three children when they were younger. Of course they only agreed to pose for a few short minutes!
